“Light-Me-Up” Christmas cards where a lot of fun to make. It was time consuming but even the repetitive tasks were not tedious. The idea for this came from Evil Mad Scientist Laboratories and their excellent instructions for edge-lit cards.

It’s hard to get good photos of LED stuff and unfortunately I didn’t have long enough to succeed. The batteries went into the cards and I was off to the party!

They were not very expensive to make. I bought the button cell batteries on eBay and still have about 100 left over! They beat any mass produced “luxury” cards any day and I had reports of amazing battery durations.
