The pattern is from The Great British Sewing Bee: Sew Your Own Wardrobe and is intended to a furry bear onsie. I didn’t have suitable fabric for that and since the baby it was for has parents with space-related PhDs this seemed an appropriate choice. The red lining of the hood doesn’t quite match the other fabric but it is very high quality cotton that I was gifted and I wanted to use it in something special
I made this cats and dogs fleece for my sister’s Christmas present using the same pattern as the Dinosaur Hoody. I need to stop doing bathroom selfies to model stuff!
I took some of the fabric and stuffing from a well used couch to make into a cat bed. Of course neither of my parents’ cats showed any interest in sitting in it. Sharkey had to be placed in the bed for the photo and he left soon after it was taken.
This brilliant design for a reversible bib is base on the mobius shape. I will definitely make more of these, they’re easy to do and very practical. I look forward to wearing my Bear Shirt with my friend’s baby in his new bib.
